What is the monthly fee to manage my property?
We charge $99/mo for all properties under $3,500/mo in rent.

We do not charge any additional fees for lease renewals.

Locating a tenant is part of our all-inclusive $99/mo fee.

How long is the management contract?
Our standard management agreement is for 1 year. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will cancel your agreement, no questions asked.
